Ken earned a Masters of Business Administration in Finance, graduating in 2005 from Oakland University in Michigan. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Michigan Technological University, and a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, in Linguistics from Cornell University in New York.
Throughout his career, Ken has worked in business analytics and business development, and he applies this experience to clients’ portfolios. To drive business growth, his focus has been future-oriented diversification, harnessing growth megatrends while working from a foundation of mature businesses. Ken has developed and grown businesses for Ford Motor Company/Visteon, electronics companies Siemens AG, Continental AG and Molex LLC, for the basic materials manufacturer Wacker Polysilicon NA, and in the defense sector with Aranea Solutions.
Ken’s school years were spent outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan after which he moved south, first to Baton Rouge, Louisiana and in 2013 he moved to Cleveland/Chattanooga by way of Huntsville, Alabama. Ken is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Cleveland.
Locally, Ken serves as President of the Appalachian Foothills Concept Orchard, whose goal is enriching the local environment with native fruit and nut plants. And he is a member of the Chattanooga Rowing Club and Reflection Riding Arboretum. Ken maintains an active certification as a Project Manager Professional with PMI.
